Syntech Recruitment has partnered with a leading precision machining company that serves specialised industries. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced NPI Engineer to take charge of bringing new products from the RFQ (Request for Quotation) stage through to full production.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the RFQ process, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Lead the entire New Product Introduction process, from initial concept through to full production. Collaborate with engineering teams to support product design and development phases. Identify and implement improvements within the production and NPI processes to enhance efficiency. Utilise Epicor ERP software to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications: Level 7 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent. At least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong background in working with CNC machines and robotics. Experience in working with and mentoring technicians is desirable. Experience in Medical Devices or Aerospace industries is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications: Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent). Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools. Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
