Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in international markets. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including conducting market research and competitive analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Lead, coach, and manage a team of regional sales representatives to ensure performance and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Negotiate and close contracts with key clients and distributors. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, global market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. Represent the company at trade shows, company events, and networking events. Work with the Product and marketing teams to influence the direction of the International Product Portfolio. Qualifications and skills
Proven experience in international sales, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of global markets, cultural and trade regulations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office - mainly Word and Outlook.
