About the Company: Our client designs and develops advanced test and measurement solutions, specialising in timing synchronisation for Ethernet-based networks. Their products, used by customers worldwide, set the industry standard for quality and reliability. The Role: This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an engineer with 1-2 years of experience. However, our client is also open to applications from seasoned professionals with a strong engineering background. Candidates with more experience will be offered an enhanced salary package to reflect their skills and expertise. Key Responsibilities: Conduct manufacturing tests and calibrations to ensure product quality and compliance. Perform detailed fault-finding and diagnostic investigations on returned products, down to component level. Support the introduction of new products by collaborating with R&D to ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing. Provide technical support for complex analog and high-speed digital circuits. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing daily operational issues. What We're Looking For: HND or higher in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. For experienced candidates: Proven expertise in fault diagnosis and repair. A track record of supporting manufacturing or design engineering in a high-tech environment.
