Field Service Engineer

Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a dedicated team in a permanent, field-based role. The position involves driving to site locations to install and repair various valeting equipment. Weekend work (1 in 3) is mandatory.

Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on equipment, including rollover car washes, jet washes, vacuums, and air water towers. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections, monitor equipment performance, and document maintenance activities accurately. Support the regional service management team in all aspects of field service. Work independently or as part of a team to resolve technical problems associated with product ranges. Comply with HSE standards in all aspects of work and report any observed breaches to senior management. Attend regular face-to-face meetings with line managers as directed.

Background Experience: Mechanical Engineering - 1 year preferred. Electrical Engineering - 1 year preferred (not essential). Proficiency with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office products.
