The Role Joining a nationally recognised real estate team, you will be an essential member of the contentious construction team, handling a diverse array of cases, including: Construction-related professional negligence; Disputes involving office, retail, and leisure developments; Social housing projects. You will collaborate closely with the firm's non-contentious construction Partners and other areas within the real estate group, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meet clients' needs. Your clients will include landed estates, charities, banks, and pension funds.
