1st Cool Limited undertake all aspects of Air Conditioning and Ventilation to domestic and Commercial buildings in the South East Area.
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy person, with at least 1 years’ experience in installation, diagnostics and repairs of Air conditioning and ventilation.
Relevant CSCS card is required.
FGAS Qualification preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
Duties
Installation and commissioning of Air Conditioning and ventilation systems in domestic and commercial properties
Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology.
Skills
Proficient in air conditioning and Ventilation system installation.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
Experience in reading and interpreting schematics related to Air Conditioning and HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
