THE COMPANY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Engineer to join this growing organisation, part of a larger Group that provides precision engineering services to a range of industries including aerospace, defence, energy, and automotive. They have recently invested significantly in new machinery.
THE JOB
You will plan and oversee the production of precision engineering, maximising efficiency and supporting customers and production line workers. You will plan and design the manufacturing process to the shopfloor, quote lead times and costs for jobs, support NPI projects, estimate CNC machined parts, and create CNC/CADCAM Programs for CNC Milling and Turning machines to meet customer demand.
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally qualified to a minimum HNC standard in Mechanical Engineering, you will have significant machining experience with high precision milled and turned parts for the aerospace/automotive industries. Experience in Fanuc and Heidenhain programming languages is essential.

Salary between 40k and 45k depending upon experience
