Electrical Assembly Technician

to join our Assembly Team. In this role you will be responsible for the assembly and service of Electrical harness using DR25 system. This is a fast-paced environment, and if you are passionate about quality, we want to hear from you. As the

Electrical Assembly Technician,

your key responsibilities will be: Calibration and test of electronic assemblies required for the running of race, test, PR and customer cars and rigs. Manufacture complex wiring harnesses from schematics and ensuring all assemblies are built to deadlines. Critically evaluate all LV/HV assemblies and enclosures during assembly and disassembly, ensuring their integrity and reporting all faults. Perform end of line harness test procedures such as continuity, isolation and resistive tests. Highlight any assembly/quality issues to the Team leader or relevant design authority. Operate pass-off, test rigs including environmental process testing as required. Ensure that all build and component information is recorded and maintained as required in relevant systems. Ensure the electronic assembly work environment and equipment is maintained to the highest standards of tidiness, presentation and safety. We are looking for an

Electronics Assembly Technician

with the following experience and skills: Recognised apprenticeship or time served within the F1 or military/aerospace. Training and/or recognition of IPC-A-620 preferred. Comfortable using Teamcenter PLM and CAD systems. Familiarity with Lifing systems and experience with ERP & Manufacturing execution systems is an advantage. Quality focused with an eye for detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to share technical information in a succinct manner to all levels of the business.
