Swindon - SN3 4TT DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Flow Room FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements at Swindon M&S. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? Manage a team of Flow Room Controllers ensuring the shift runs successfully and on time Monitor SCADA and CCTV to maintain the smooth and efficient flow of the automation Escalate issues and engage with stakeholders to resolve them while minimizing operational impact Track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained at optimum levels Ensure correct schedules are recorded and allocation of resources meets these requirements - automation vs manual staging WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
