About the role We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who will be instrumental in driving new client engagements and supporting the growth of our existing clients.

The Senior Solution Architect plays a key role in the pre-sales phase of S4Hana and SAP ERP new business processes, helping to drive new client engagements and support existing client growth.

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong financial knowledge and a consultative approach who can accurately identify and scope customer requirements. Your Responsibilities will include: Complete Request for Information / Request for Proposal Documents Travel to customer sites Prepare demonstration data and demo scripts Perform demonstrations (on-site or remote) Run Pre-sales Checklist calls (on-site or remote) Assist other line of business pre-sales to determine requirements (CaMs and Data & Insights) Complete existing customer strategic reviews (on-site or remote) About You

You will be a skilled communicator who listens actively, articulates ideas clearly, and tailors your responses to resonate with client needs, making even the most complex concepts accessible and engaging.

You have a natural way of understanding the unique business and financial requirements of each client, ensuring every pre-sales interaction offers tailored value.

A natural collaborator, you work effectively with internal teams, blending insights across functions to deliver cohesive, strategic solutions.

Experience Required: Consultancy / delivery experience in SAP S4 Private or Public Cloud or SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP BYD A strong understanding of finance Willingness to travel to on-site prospect meetings as required Consultative Communication Demonstrates active listening, clear articulation, and responsiveness to understand client needs, translating them into defined project scopes and solutions. Able to communicate complex concepts in an accessible manner.

Customer-Centric Focus Maintains a keen focus on understanding and addressing the unique business and financial needs of each customer, ensuring that pre-sales activities are tailored to offer maximum value and clarity.

Analytical Thinking Employs a systematic approach to analysing customer requirements, uncovering insights, and preparing accurate, relevant data and documentation for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.

Collaboration and Teamwork Works effectively with internal stakeholders to align on client requirements, leveraging cross-functional expertise to create comprehensive and cohesive solutions.

Adaptability and Flexibility Adjusts seamlessly between remote and on-site interactions, discovery sessions, and presentations to meet customer and project needs. Open to travel and adaptable to various customer environments.

Detail Orientation Completes pre-sales checklists, scope texts, and strategic reviews with precision, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all client documentation and project scopes.

Strategic Planning Demonstrates forward-thinking by evaluating existing client needs and identifying opportunities for future engagement, such as larger projects or re-implementations, adding value to long-term client relationships.

Resilience and Problem-Solving Capable of managing multiple client interactions and navigating potential challenges during pre-sales activities with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
