Role Purpose / Summary In collaboration with Service Integration and Management consultants, assist clients in the implementation of Service Management practices based on Capgemini and industry standards. As a ServiceNow Admin, be a trusted source of knowledge and support. Strong knowledge of Enterprise System Management and IT Service Management. Set coding standards of best practices, ensuring that all work delivered by the team meets those standards. Ensure appropriate governance and accurate documentation, always considering best practices of the processes that any work is delivering (along with technical best practices). Key Skills / Requirements Experience in administering ServiceNow Platform. Enterprise and/or IT Service Management experience. Scripting: JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Jelly. Understanding of Agile and SCRUM. Advanced communication skills (written and spoken). Question and push back on client requirements. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge and work experience in JavaScript/Angular/AngularJS. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification. Must be willing to undertake DV Clearance. Ideally, you will bring the following previous experience or certification: ITIL Foundation Certified. Demonstrable experience in JavaScript coding. Experience working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services. Experience in IT Operations Management. All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
