Quantity Surveyor
to join a luxury residential developer working on a variety of high end residential new builds in the Surrey area. Initially you'll be working on two projects, both new build developments, one of 4 houses, one of 8 houses, construction values of 5m and 3m respectively. Typical projects land in the 1-5m construction value, with GDV of 5-15m. Anything from a one off house to a development of 4-12 luxury homes. Working out of the office in Reigate, visiting site when required. Previous experience working for a small to medium sized high end residential developer is beneficial. Salary in the region of 60,000 - 70,000 depending on experience. Note:
