Job Title: Software Developer - ServiceNow
Location: Sailsbury - mostly remote
Rate: £600- £650 pd inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Clearance: Must have SC
Responsibilities: * Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience * Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimising workflow efficiency. * Optimise ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
Your skills and experience: * Wide-ranging experience in developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations * Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA * Excellent programming skills in JavaScript * A problem-solving and analytical approach * The ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels
