Responsibilities:
Working exclusively with a public sector organization in Woking within the managed services team.
Provide 3rd line network support for enterprise networks.
Involvement in troubleshooting, configurations, incident response, and network change implementation.
Skills/Must Have:
Expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
Experience with firewall support (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ASA, or Firepower).
Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP).
Must be a British National and eligible for SC clearance
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting Cisco ACI networks.
Experience working with DevOps technologies (Kubernetes & Terraform)
Active SC clearance
