Permanent The role: We are working with a well-established maintenance company who are looking to expand their team in the Surrey area. Duties include: PPM and reactive maintenance of commercial heating systems across their property portfolio, including some domestic systems. Performing routine checks and maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Conduct inspections and provide detailed reports on equipment conditions. The ideal candidate: Experienced commercial gas and heating engineer - with sound knowledge of servicing and reactive maintenance. Fully qualified in domestic and commercial gas - ACS- CCN1, CENWAT, COCN1/CODNCO1, ICPN, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1, CDGA1. Full driving licence.
