An opportunity has arisen to join my client's highly regarded property team as a Senior Associate Solicitor on a hybrid basis from one of their 6 office locations in the Midlands and North West.
My client is a highly reputable, award-winning, multi-service law firm offering legal services to individuals and businesses throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide specialist legal advice to clients in respect of Social Housing and Land law. To act on behalf of landlords in respect of residential claims for possession. To provide housing and asset management legal advice to clients. Provide legal advice to clients on tenancy agreements, leasehold, policy, governance, and procedure. To act on behalf of landlords in respect of ASB and breach of tenancy Injunctions. Requirements:
Social Housing Litigation experience and a strong understanding of property/Social Housing Law. An ability to adapt to new areas of law, recognising that housing law can change frequently. Disrepair/Housing condition claims legal experience and a strong understanding of Property/Social Housing law. The ability to translate technical legal issues into clear and practical advice to clients. This role is available on a hybrid working pattern from one of their 6 office locations in the Midlands and North West.
