We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a permanent basis.
This role will undertake condition surveys on domestic properties to determine the age of components and energy efficiency.
Surveys of houses and flats
Surveys of blocks and communal areas
Logging of any HHSRS failures
RDSAP
Logging condition and energy information on a tablet
Candidates should have experience working as a surveyor, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, and should be qualified to HNC level or equivalent experience. A domestic energy qualification is desirable, although this can be gained on the job.
