Responsibilities

As the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading, motivating, and developing a team focused on delivering Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Networks, and Cyber Security solutions for the entire group. Managing varying and conflicting stakeholder priorities and effectively prioritizing the team's workload. Taking ownership of major incidents and collaborating with stakeholders across the Technology team and the wider business to drive resolution. Contributing to our strategic roadmap across Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Networks, Cyber Security, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, and owning the execution of this strategy within the Technology function. Leading the continuous improvement of our information security, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies, including the development and update of related policies, plans, procedures, and governance. Delivering on our strategic roadmap while maintaining, monitoring, optimizing, and securing our infrastructure services, cloud estate, networks, desktop, and mobile services. Job Location and Benefits

We are located in Cullompton, and this influential role reports directly to the Head of Technology. It involves occasional travel to other group locations. We're excited to offer a competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per annum, based on experience, along with an on-call allowance. Our contracted working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for changes and system maintenance.
