Are you an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer? Do you want to work as part of our field engineer team, providing expert IT technical assistance and a high level of customer focused support to our customers across Norfolk and Suffolk? Then apply today! We are recruiting for this full-time role to be based at our Gt Yarmouth branch, with daily travel (pool vehicle used within working hours) across Norfolk & Suffolk. CSSCloud launched in 2017, following the merger of local IT Support companies CSS Computers Ltd and Cloud Computer Services Ltd. As an award-winning, high performing full-service IT systems company, we believe that Computer Support Services should be driven by the customers' needs; being flexible enough to respond quickly, whilst also meeting their requirements as they grow. As a trusted supplier to clients requiring expertise in a broad range of skills, including Cyber Security, IT Support, Managed Printing, Cloud Solutions, Internet and Telecoms, we are now recruiting this full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours during the week (08:30 to 17:00) Monday to Friday. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. As a 2nd Line Engineer within our field team, the type of work includes: Install new PC's, Laptops, and Network devices Undertake upgrades and repairs to existing equipment Assist with on premise and cloud-based server installations and infrastructure Diagnose and fix IT and related equipment faults Printer, Telephone and Broadband support Assisting the Service Desk as part of the wider team Interested? If so, you will need: At least three years IT support experience Experience of troubleshooting Windows networks and Windows A track record of implementing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Networks (Server experience would be an advantage) Up to date Microsoft professional training certifications A full driving licence and acceptable driving record Pragmatic and methodical, as a 2nd Line Engineer you must have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer focus Experience of working for a service provider or within a managed service environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a very exciting time in our growth; in return for your skills and experience, we are offering an excellent package within a superb working environment.
