Lead the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring all members are equipped with the skills and training needed to deliver exceptional infrastructure services. Manage and improve the organisation’s IT infrastructure across both on-premise and cloud environments. Collaborate with mobile, support, and project teams to ensure robust back-office service provision. Work closely with the IT security team to mitigate infrastructure risks and adopt a 'security-first' approach across all platforms. Define and implement technical strategies optimised for mobility, resiliency, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost-effectiveness. Manage and oversee Disaster Recovery for IT systems. Maintain and improve meeting room and conference call systems. Oversee datacentre infrastructure, including power, cooling, and fire systems. Manage relationships with infrastructure suppliers and support agreements. Occasionally provide on-call or out-of-hours support as needed. Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Active Directory. Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Office 365. Experience in on-premise server management, AWS and Azure technologies. Knowledge of WAN/LAN/VOIP/Wireless technologies.
