37.5 hours Monday - Saturday Days, Nights & Weekends Shift Pattern:
6 week rota of 19 shifts The Role: You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care of patients requiring level 2 and 3 care and will be expected to be able to provide general and specialised direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organisation. What will your duties include? Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 & 3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols. Prioritise nursing care, recognize deterioration in patient's condition and escalate to the senior nursing team/clinicians immediately. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. What we need from you?
