Most importantly, you produce a variety of design solutions for a given problem and own the execution of key deliverables during the product development process. You will:

Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams on all the details that make an experience delightful, through the creation and maintenance of design systems or design languages, documentation, and interaction specifications. Manage time effectively and execute according to commitments. Design and own a single work area within a project and client. Focus on growing as a designer, soaking up the art of how to effectively sell design, learning how to use a variety of tools, practices, processes, and where they fit into the workflow. Be able to understand the process of business development and provide support by conducting relevant research and producing pitch materials with guidance from leadership. Contribute to team culture by bringing a positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and openness to learning and feedback. You have:

Strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative thinking, problem solving, process, and quality across user-centred design projects. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
