We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior PR Account Executive to join our in-house PR team, working across our + Me brands. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.
About the role:
In this role, you will manage relationships with external PR agencies, support the execution of PR campaigns, and drive strategic projects to enhance our brand presence. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of all external communications with our brand goals and objectives.
What you'll do:
Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external PR agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless execution of campaigns.
Campaign Coordination: Support in the execution of PR campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, creative, and digital) and external partners.
Project Management: Manage own projects, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while meeting brand standards.
Event Management: Support in the planning and execution of press events, product launches, and brand activations. Work with external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and successful event execution.
Strategic Planning: Support PR Manager in developing and implementing PR strategies that align with brand goals and objectives.
Reporting & Analysis: Track the performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams.
Who you are:
Around 4 years of experience in marketing / PR teams, ideally within the beauty/skincare industry
Strong experience managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
