Job Summary: As a Lead Generation Executive at CAREROSE CARE Ltd, you will be a vital member of our sales and marketing team, responsible for generating high-quality leads and fostering relationships with potential clients in the Colchester/Harlow area. Your proactive approach and effective communication skills will contribute to the growth and success of CAREROSE CARE Ltd.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and database mining.

Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.

Client Engagement:

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and educate them about CAREROSE CARE Ltd's services.

Build and nurture relationships with leads to facilitate the conversion process.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

Ensure timely follow-up to move leads through the sales funnel.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Utilize CRM data for reporting and analysis.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with overall sales objectives.

Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

Adjust lead generation strategies based on market dynamics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
