Reporting to:
Group Managing Director
My client is a dynamic and exciting company, experts in their field of manufacturing displays, exhibitions stands and signage.
Responsibilities:
Communicating the benefits of the company’s products in order to drive sales.
Being the point of contact between the business and their prospects/clients.
Identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients.
Working closely with the Group Managing Director and the rest of the team to generate ideas and concepts to improve sales.
Ensuring proper client relation management and managing challenging situations both internally and with the client.
Helping the design team and developing the Sales Strategy.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Identifying a pipeline of business and building on existing relationships.
Conducting compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Providing regular reports to the Group Managing Director.
Taking accountability for sales governance and controls.
Winning high-quality business at high margins.
Managing and taking accountability for the sales forecast and target for the business.
Minimum Requirements:
It is expected that the successful applicant will have 10+ years previous experience in sales at a senior level, preferably from within a similar sector, and have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
