The European Sales Manager is responsible for growing the Pulsar Measurement business in the European region. Growth will be achieved through developing and managing country specific routes to market. As the leader of European sales, this is a critical role in meeting the profitable growth ambition for all product and solutions Pulsar Measurement introduce into the region. Your Responsibilities

Meet or exceed YOY growth and profitability targets for the European region. Develop, deliver, and maintain the European business development strategy and plan. Manage the sales organization in line with the business plan, covering product type, sales, revenue, margin, and expense control. Attract, recruit and develop high performing and technically proficient Sales Managers as and when direct representation is affordable. Produce, review & report the European sales budget, goals, and targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis to include - monthly leads, sales, forecast, opportunity type, opportunity win rate, Sales Pipeline Coverage etc. Attract and develop a valued network of representatives that promote Pulsar Measurement’s core values by regularly monitoring their performance in line with annual agreed targets. Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Managers on lead generation, media content and promotional activities to optimise the European marketing ROI. Drive 100% utilisation of the chosen Pulsar Measurement CRM system to ensure customer records and activities are tracked, maintained and current. Continuously monitor competitor analysis and where our competition is investing in solutions, feeding this back by updating the appropriate country planner. Identify business growth opportunities, product white spots, acquisitions or activities that would generate profitable growth for European sales. Be responsible for your health, safety and wellbeing whilst undertaking Pulsar Measurement business. Travel

Travel is estimated to be 50% of the working week when conditions allow. Travel includes but is not limited to European countries, including the UK. Your background

HND Engineering or equivalent relevant experience as a minimum. Multiple European languages would be beneficial. Proven ability to drive business strategy and develop business plans that increase market share. Track record of successfully managing a direct sales force. Proven experience of successfully managing a value partner network. Extensive B2B sales experience and a proven track record of year over year sales growth via direct, distribution, OEM sales, etc. Conversant with latest Microsoft 365 suite. Track record of building and maintain excellent business relationships. Conversant in driving and measuring essential sales KPI’s. Excellent communication, listening and self-awareness skills.
