Joining a team of 6 engineers on days, you will complement the team with multi-skilled ability but strong electrical skills in production fault finding and repairs. The team is always looking at ways to improve and automate the factory, and the MD backs these plans financially for the good of the future business. This represents a great commitment and investment, meaning you will gain experience in project design and installation to keep things interesting. It is a high-volume production position in a very secure industry. What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking an engineer with recent production environment experience, so you can draw on past experience to complement the work of the team. As it's a small team, a commitment to teamwork and going beyond to help your colleagues is essential. What you'll get in return

This role is Monday to Friday, offering a salary between £40,000-£42,000 in a secure and booming business. Some evening and weekend work is required. You will receive a great financial package along with a strong work-life balance. Overtime is available but not excessive, and some flexibility is reasonably available. What you need to do now
