We are delighted to partner with an exciting Food Manufacturing business in the Shropshire area to recruit a Production Manager on their Night Shift.
As a Production Manager, you will report directly to the Factory Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include leading, motivating, and developing your team. This role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute significantly to a continually growing business.
You will lead a team of up to 120 employees, fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams within a food manufacturing environment, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
