We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and our passion for pushing the boundaries of technology. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining a variety of tools and equipment used in our production processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop new tools and modifications to existing ones based on engineering specifications and production requirements. Utilise machining techniques such as milling, turning, grinding, and drilling to shape raw materials into tool components. Assemble and test tools to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tool Maker or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in machining techniques and operating machine tools. Strong understanding of engineering principles and mechanical systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
