We have exciting opportunities for Graduate Engineers to be a part of our highly skilled and ever-growing team. Opportunities for talented and motivated individuals begin within one of the following departments: Electrical, Engine, Hydraulics, Quality Control, Sub Assembly, and Transmissions. Whilst working in the chosen department, you will work alongside the Engineering and Design teams being the interface between them and the department. Role Responsibilities

Assisting with planning & forecasting for the department. Process & procedure definition, improvement, and development. Organising and issuing work documentation. Quality and build checks. Assisting with tracking & lifing. Issue analysis and reporting. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for self-motivated team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You should be educated to either a BEng or MEng level in Motorsport Engineering/Motorsport Technology/Automotive Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. You should have a fundamental understanding of automotive technology and systems. You should be able to work proactively and be capable of balancing busy and varied workloads in a time-sensitive environment – confidently reacting to changing priorities and deadlines. You should possess good interpersonal and social skills and work on your own initiative to make informed decisions, whilst also being able to collaborate and work successfully with others. You should have meticulous attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving. WHAT WE OFFER
