Alexander James Recruiting are currently working with a leading manufacturer of Material Handling equipment looking to on-board a new Field Service Engineer to service their client base across the Redditch area. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to get into a new company.

Responsibilities

Servicing a client base across Redditch with a focus on servicing forklift trucks

Fixing and servicing other, related material handling & specialist equipment to include side-loaders and industrial cleaning equipment

Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when visiting customer sites

Attending the workshop from time to time and occasionally working on call

Requirements

The company prefers an individual with experience within the Material Handling industry. However, this isn’t essential; they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a background in plant hire, powered access, commercial vehicles, or Automotive. Another option the company would consider would be a recently qualified engineer looking to get into something long term and build a career. In terms of location, you must be based within Redditch.

Competitive salary (up to £34.5k depending on experience)

The Company
