RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a leading Managed Print, Information Technology and Telecoms provider, operating with offices spanning Edinburgh, Newcastle, Glasgow, Aberdeen, London, and Manchester. We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Edinburgh based copier team. The Role In this role, the successful candidate will engage with a variety of clients and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology. You will provide support to our valued clients as part of a dynamic team of MFD engineers distributed across the UK. Typical working hours are between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility may be needed for travel and occasional work outside of regular hours. The successful candidate will undergo security screening, given the nature of our clientele in regulated industries. Key Requirements Possess a minimum of two years field service experience within the photocopier industry. Possession of a UK driving licence. Keen interest in hands-on engineering and current technologies. Willingness to learn. Trustworthy, reliable, and accountable. Presentable, with a keen eye for detail. Effective communicator capable of engaging at various technical levels. Ability to think laterally and creatively. Strong team player. Reside within a commutable distance from our Edinburgh office.
