Key Responsibilities: Perform reactive and planned maintenance on the site’s mechanical and electrical systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with ISO 9002, 18001, and 14001 Management Systems. Maintain accurate records of all reactive and remedial tasks via the SI CAFM system. Diagnose, organise, and carry out remedial repairs, ensuring tasks are owned and completed from start to finish. Identify required materials and arrange procurement through approved suppliers. What We Need From You:
Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Completion of a recognised technical training scheme or apprenticeship.
Experience & Skills: Minimum two years in a similar role, with strong mechanical/electrical expertise. Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and current technical standards. Experience with Permit to Work Systems, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.

SC security clearance .
