Join Molton Brown as a Senior Packaging Technologist, reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Packaging. You will lead packaging projects, collaborate across teams, and ensure excellence in new product development for various business areas, including e-commerce and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex packaging projects through the "Kaihatsu" process, ensuring budget-friendly delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions, maintaining rigorous standards. Develop and mentor direct reports, driving skills growth and supporting R&D goals. Streamline processes within the packaging team and ensure clear documentation and specifications. Stay at the forefront of ESG initiatives, integrating sustainability and innovation into packaging designs. What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (e.g., Product Design, Engineering). 5+ years’ experience in packaging/product development with international suppliers. Strong technical expertise in taking products from concept to market. Knowledge of bottle tooling and labelling processes. Effective cross-functional communication, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to manage projects successfully. Adaptable and IT-literate, with proficiency in Excel and data management.
