This is a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge energy project from the ground up, where you'll work alongside the Maintenance Manager and Plant Management to shape the future of sustainable waste management. We welcome applicants from both Mechanical and Electrical, Control and Instrument engineering backgrounds. What you will be doing

Below is an overview of the responsibilities of this role: Manage the life cycle integrity of plant and equipment, including reactive, preventative, and condition-based maintenance to ensure high operational availability. This applies to all elements of the facility, including a waste-fired high-pressure boiler, flue gas treatment, steam turbine generator, ash handling equipment, auxiliary balance of plant, HV, and distributed control (DCS) systems. Maintain high standards related to health and safety, environmental compliance, and site housekeeping. Comply with company rules and procedures, especially those related to health, safety, environmental management, and quality systems. Adhere to corporate safety rules, site safety protocols, and safe systems of work such as PTW, LOTO, and RAMS, ensuring plant maintenance meets prescribed Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines. Assist in the development and implementation of operating and emergency instructions based on OEM guidelines and procedure manuals. Ensure conformance to statutory requirements. Carry out supervisory duties in line with the organisation’s policies and applicable laws. Essential Qualifications

HNC/HND or equivalent in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Control and Instrumentation, or other disciplines related to power generation. IOSH or NEBOSH Managing Safely General Certificate or similar safety qualification is desirable. In-depth knowledge of steam-raising plant and power generation equipment, welding, Electrical, Control and Instrument design, maintenance, and repair, along with knowledge of instrumentation and control systems. Experience & Competencies

Knowledge of budget planning and management principles. Experience with computerised monitoring and reporting systems. IT literate, competent with MS Project and complex Excel-based spreadsheets. Knowledge of working under CDM regulations is an advantage. An understanding of continuous improvement techniques and environmental compliance standards is desirable. About Us Who are enfinium?
