Job Description Leading the Maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinating with various departments to address any engineering issues. Implementing preventive maintenance programmes to enhance equipment longevity. Overseeing shift operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the factory operations. Managing training and development of the engineering team. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback. Collaborating with senior management to set engineering department goals.

4 on 4 off - 12 Hours - DAYS ONLY

The Successful Applicant You will be an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Shift Manager or Lead, that's worked in a food manufacturing environment, as well as: A recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, Multi-Skilled) Proven experience in a leadership role within food manufacturing Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and machinery.
