Construction Project Manager
to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The company: Our client is a high-end residential contractor, who works on multi-million pound jobs across Gloucestershire & the Cotswolds on grade 1 and grade 2 listed properties, so listed experience is a must. The role entails: Managing the Site Manager and sub-contractors on site Liaising with clients - Pre-start meeting and other meetings with the client Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs Ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget Organising logistics, delegating work and keeping track of spending Requirements: 3 years minimum experience - ideally high-end residential background. Must have listed building experience Trade background - Ideally Carpentry What are we looking for?
