An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pest Control Officer / Technical Inspector to join a well-established testing and certification company.
This remote role offers excellent benefits and a salary of up to £34,000 for a 37.5 hours work week, plus a £4,800 car allowance.
As a Pest Control Officer / Technical Inspector, you will be conducting pest control inspections and audits while producing detailed, accurate photographic reports for clients, both locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering detailed photographic inspection reports in accordance with company policy. Coordinating and scheduling your inspection workload efficiently. Supporting and training less experienced team members after gaining relevant experience. Assisting in business development by promoting the organisation's products and services.
What we are looking for:
Experience & Skills:
Previously worked as a Pest Control Officer, Technical Inspector, Pest Control Manager, Pest Control Inspector or in a similar role. Practical pest control experience across diverse facilities. Knowledge of pest biology, behaviour, and control methods, including rodents, birds, insects, and more. Familiarity with pesticide storage, transport, application equipment, and protective equipment.
Qualifications:
RSPH Level 2 Award or Certificate in Pest Management BPCA Advanced Technician in Pest Management
