DUTIES: Serves within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Information Operations (J6), Program Executive Office (J62), Enterprise Capabilities (J62B), Enterprise Platform Program Office. The incumbent functions as a project manager of assigned agile development efforts to deliver a user-centric portal capability via ServiceNow. Applies agile methodology processes to the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned configuration, development and integration services. Work with customer functional proponents in their formulation of user stories that result in modern, user-centric designs and workflows. Performs “level of effort” assessment/impact analysis in collaboration with customers, coworkers, and system users for enhancements, integrations and other changes based on high level user stories and business requirements.
