Level 3/4 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Management Level 5. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and the care sector. Supervisory or management experience. Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Strong communication skills. Proficient in IT and systems. We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and manage services for adults with learning disabilities in South Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals in shared living environments and small care settings. As a Service Manager, you will work with established services to help our supported individuals reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of services, ensuring high-quality support that promotes independence. Encourage participation in creative community and leisure activities. Inspire the team to think creatively, offering a diverse range of events and support. About You: Significant experience in the adult care sector. Confident, with strong IT and system skills. Excellent communicator, able to engage with people at all levels. Knowledgeable in person-centred and positive behaviour support. Team-oriented, with the ability to solve issues effectively.
