Account Manager - Orthopaedics

What will you be doing?
Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Beyond that, it's about developing a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our recon customers, ensuring that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers. It's the ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients. We expect such strategic relationships to maximise sales revenue across the geography, likely impacting existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Successful candidates would need the following:
2 or more years experience in medical device sales - ideally in orthopaedic products.
Theatre experience - either through clinical sales or a prior clinical (non-sales) role.
Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in-year sales revenue targets.
Strong focused account management of segmented 'Grow' & 'Maintain' accounts.
Ability to assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements within the market.
Valid UK Driving License.
Travel requirements:
