Join Our Team as a Group Sales Consultant! We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales and Distribution team as a Group Sales Consultant for a 12 Months fixed term contract. As a Group Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for sales and reservations in the offline groups market, including tour operators, schools, TMCs, and other groups of 10 or more. Your main responsibilities will include booking, managing, and retailing for these group markets. You will actively develop sales in line with targets and seek to increase revenue according to the Group Sales strategy. This role is based at our London offices, with working hours from Monday to Friday, varying between 08:30-18:00. Key Skills and Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for sales and reservations for offline group markets, handling bookings, management, and retailing. Develop sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue, collaborating with tour operators, schools, TMCs, and other groups. Maintain excellent telephone and written communication skills to influence customer behaviors and ensure clear communication. Demonstrate good organizational skills to manage pipelines proactively and support team revenue targets. Ensure strong attention to detail for accurate customer bookings, with previous experience using booking engines and CRM systems.
