We are seeking a

Body Manufacturing Engineer

to join our fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on continuous improvement, innovative problem-solving, and driving excellence in manufacturing processes. Role Overview: As a Body Assembly Manufacturing Engineer, you will bring your expertise in process improvement to assess and enhance production and business systems. You will be responsible for refining manufacturing processes for our series production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and performance at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Update and control key deliverables for existing series models, including process sequencing, documentation, and product traceability. Generate and maintain Hours Per Car (HPC) data, ensuring plant efficiency and output targets are met. Drive continuous improvement using tools like 8D, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Support tooling solutions for Body in White processes with Future Manufacturing Engineering teams. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (2:1 or above) or equivalent experience in a similar role. Proven experience in vehicle assembly and body assembly processes. Proficiency in CATIA and 3D software (desired but not required).
