Full Design Verification Testing with a focus on planning and reporting Review and produce relevant Design History File documentation Statistical and data analysis to determine sample sizes, confidence intervals, validity of results and conclusions Development of test methods, protocols and plans for Design Verification activities Supervision and mentorship of junior engineers Writing test reports and summary verification reports Exploratory testing of prototypes and functional components of devices Contribution to the development of processes and best practice What you’ll bring to the role:
Masters, PhD, or university degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Science, Statistics or other relevant subject Experience of developing medical devices, ideally drug delivery devices (5+ years’ experience) Knowledge of medical device technology and drug-device combination products. Understanding of statistics and data analysis, including familiarity with data analysis or statistics packages (e.g. Minitab) Technical writing skills Understanding of laboratory safety, quality control and risk management Results-oriented, enthusiastic, and driven by excellence. Excellent command of English (verbal and written) Familiarity with ISO 20072 and 11608 desirable You’ll receive:
