Shifts: Panama - Day Shift (GBP51,000 per annum) or Night Shift (up to GBP53,900 per annum)

The Opportunity In this hands-on role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of the facility while driving innovation and reliability across the site. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Excellence: Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently. Swift Problem-Solving: Respond promptly to breakdowns, minimising disruption to production schedules. PLC Diagnosis: Use your expertise to diagnose and resolve faults at both input and output levels of PLC systems. Proactive Preventative Maintenance: Execute a robust PPM schedule to keep equipment running at peak performance. Innovative Troubleshooting: Apply your technical know-how to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues. You'll ideally have: A BTEC, ONC, or similar qualification in an electrical discipline or multi-skilled engineering. A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience.
