Pay Rate: £12.24 + As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £13.44 per hour!

You will also receive service charge added to your monthly pay!

Shift pattern: 3:30 am-12 pm

or

12 pm-9 pm, scheduled 4 or 3 days per week, including weekends.

Successful candidates will be required to provide

references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.

Applicants will need to

be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Previous Chef experience is required.

Confidently cook completed dishes from the menu.

Assist in stock rotation.

Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Demonstrate effective time management for preparation and food service.

Understand precise measurements of dish ingredients and portion sizes.

Ensure the work area is consistently clean, organized, and free from hazards to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
