At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland we design, develop, and produce radial piston motors working in partnership with world renowned international OEMs in industries such as material handling, construction, and forestry machinery. Job Description

Maintaining and improving existing test yield. Calibrating and maintaining equipment and systems. Collecting and analysing quality and production data. Analysing and diagnosing test results. Ensuring test specifications and existing documentation is maintained. Provision of technical support to production and quality associates. Participation in all quality improvement and communication activities. Providing guidance on selection and use of quality tools and appropriate gauging. Design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new test equipment, liaising with suppliers. Qualifications

Experience of industrial controls (Siemens S7, Labview, PLC’s) and calibration of test rig equipment. Working knowledge of hydraulic systems. A proven track record of working on projects. Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Ability to adapt and communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to work on own initiative including making decisions. Problem solving and analytical skills. Experience using quality tools/measures (FMEAs, Six Sigma etc). Fully conversant in MS Office. Degree qualified in mechanical engineering. Electrical experience and qualifications. Additional Information
