Vehicle Preparation & Site Support

to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group. Experience within a vehicle preparation or site coordination role is beneficial but not essential. A full UK driving licence is necessary. About the Role You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated, and highly successful team working within a state-of-the-art facility. As a Vehicle Preparation & Site Support,

you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are fully prepared for sale, replacing sold units with new stock, and coordinating to meet handover requirements. Responsibilities: Overseeing the Select/trade car process on site, including recalls and timely dispatch to Tewkesbury. Key management and battery charging. Dealing with internal and external transporter deliveries and logistics. Reporting and ensuring vehicle damage is identified, reported, and rectified as required, including TQC claims. Conducting regular stock takes and stock management. Coordinating bodywork estimates. Booking stock car valets. Coordinating photography and maintaining photography standards.
