The Role As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you'll support cutting-edge production processes and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Production Support : PCB testing, fault-finding, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Process Innovation : Implement controls, analyze designs, and optimize manufacturing methods. New Product Introduction (NPI) : Support DFMEA, design optimization, and value engineering. Hands-on experience with PCB design, testing, and fault analysis. Proficiency in simulation software, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. Degree in Electronics Engineering; Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it). Experience with NPI and RF systems, plus a passion for innovation!
