Dealer Principal
to join the team at our Suzuki dealership, based in Bradford.

About the Business Our business started over 60 years ago and has been in the same family ever since. From our very humble beginnings, we have grown to be in the top 50 car dealers in the country. Across our 21 businesses, we have a stable workforce of over 600 people, many of whom have been with us for years. About You We are recruiting for a seasoned automotive professional with a deep-rooted passion for innovation, excellence, and extensive experience in the role of Dealer Principal / General Manager.
This person will lead from the front, innovating and motivating the team at our Suzuki dealership. Communication will be an essential skill as the chosen candidate will be expected to confidently liaise with the Board of Directors and Group Managers as well as circa 30 colleagues on site.
The right candidate for this role will be proficient and confident in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, using this as a tool to analyze and evidence the successes and areas for improvement within the dealership. This person will be detail and result-oriented, with a proven ability to increase profitability and performance.

What we offer:
Car available upon starting.
30 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays), increasing with length of service. Pension Scheme
Discount for servicing and repairs on your family and friend’s cars. £25 contribution to eye tests.
Cycle to work scheme. You must hold a current valid clean driving license. Hours Working hours will be: Mon - Friday 8.30 - 17.30
